Made in small batches, using natural ingredients, this is an excellent condiment for game, mutton, lamb or poultry. Good in gravies, with hot roast ham and to temper the juices of jugged hare. It is also of course excellent on plain bread and butter!
Contains: raw cane sugar, redcurrants (21%), gelling agent: citrus pectin, wine vinegar, lemon juice. Prepared with 42g fruit per 100g. Sugar content: 68g per 100g.
