Onion Marmalade

A super garnish for meats or game, or serve as a sandwich condiment. Georgeous with sausages.

Our Gallic neighbours used this as an accompaniment for pates and terrines. This robustly English version is enriched by the addition of redcurrant juice making it splendid with cheddar cheese, cold meats, pies and game. For a real treat serve this marmalade with a cold pork fillet Wellington!

Ingredients: Onions (34%), Raw Cane Sugar, Redcurrants, Citrus Pectin, Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Spices.
