Piccalilli

It is not so acid or bitter as the normally accepted commercial pickles.
This sweet-sour piccalilli is an interpretation of a very traditional English tracklement for cheddar cheese and cold meats, particularly pork pies. As you well see from the ingredients list, it contains no artificial colourings or preservatives and should be kept refrigerated after opening - that's if you don't finish it in one go!

Ingredients: Vegetables (46%):- (Cauliflower, Whole Onions, Gherkins, Red & Green Peppers), Mustard (33%), Cider Vinegar, Raw Cane Sugar, Salt, Spices.
